特徵:葉片為深綠或是橄欖綠,質地硬後,橢圓形尾端為尖。通常會乾燥處理後使用。味道:味道苦,微辛,有似甘草的香氣。乾燥後的月桂苦味會略減且香氣會增加。用途:烹飪、烘培、調味、茶飲、湯品。
