特徵:將艾草(食用多使用甜艾)陰乾後,再以高溫或低溫烘乾確保完全乾燥後研磨成粉,去除雜質製成。味道:微甜有特殊香氣,乾燥製成的艾草粉味道會比新鮮艾草略淡。用途:烘培、烹飪、染色、甜品。
