特徵:由大果油茶和小果油茶的苦茶籽透過冷壓法或熱壓法製成。若由熱壓法產出的苦茶油顏色較深、香氣較濃厚,且比較不澀;冷壓法的味道偏清淡。味道:輕微的微焦苦又甜膩的口感,在烹飪或拌麵調味時,有獨特的芳香味。用途:烹飪、佐料。
