特徵:又稱大川芎、芎藭,為多年生草本植物。夏季時待其莖部的節盤突起,稍變紫後採收曬乾,再去雜質與鬚根後切薄片使用。味道:味苦帶辛、麻,微回甘,有濃郁芳香。用途:湯品、烹飪。
