特徵:薑黃為橙黃色,比一般生薑老薑深色,生於陽光充足處。製做薑黃粉時,須將薑黃洗淨,烘烤至完全乾燥後,在研磨成粉末狀。味道:味道辛辣但不重,稍有苦味,帶胡椒、麝香、薑融合的香氣。用途:染料、烹飪、烘培。
