特徵:為樟科植物的樹皮,製作上不經過發酵或剝皮處理,而是直接曬乾製成。質地較硬且較厚,側面看樹皮一邊或兩邊會捲起,色澤偏紅褐色。味道:味辛辣,稍帶甜味,有濃烈香氣。用途:滷味、醃製、烹飪、茶飲、酒品。
