特徵:黑胡椒又名黑川,其果實曬乾後可做調味料使用,與鹽以一定比例混和後研磨,即胡椒鹽。顏色因混和鹽巴與黑胡椒,成了帶灰感的淡褐色。味道:味道鹹帶些微辛辣,有黑胡椒淡淡的香氣。用途:調味、烹飪、佐料、烘培。
