特徵:把鰹魚、鯖魚、沙丁魚或鮪魚等等魚類經過高溫烘烤菸燻後刨成薄片製成。成品為卡其、淡黃色薄片狀,乾、脆有一些韌性在。味道:味道偏甜,香氣濃厚。用途:高湯底、佐料。
