特徵:取自香草蘭的種莢,鮮豆莢無明顯香氣,但透過殺青、加溫發酵、陰乾陳化等等工序後,會產生濃郁香氣。味道:依產地,香草莢會有不一樣的香氣,像是微酸的果香、清甜的花香、濃郁的奶香、淡淡的木質味、煙燻味等等。用途:烘培、甜品、湯品。
